Stayve Europe is an online shop that sells the STAYVE professional range by EVIE KOREA to customers in the European Union. The catalogue covers BB Glow and booster ampoules for microneedling (MTS), starter kits, Cherips lip ampoules, organic PMU pigments, the MISSMITO machine and its needles, Seanergy Peel and facial treat products, priced in euros.

The shop is operated by ZIEGERT SRL, a Romanian company registered at Str. Sfântul Petru Tei nr. 59, Sector 2, 020358 Bucharest (CUI RO35793880, Trade Register J40/3733/2016). ZIEGERT SRL is the seller on every order: it issues the invoice and handles delivery, returns and complaints. See the terms of sale.

STAYVE is a signature brand of EVIE KOREA Co., Ltd., a Korean cosmeceutical and medical-device company founded in February 2006. Its 2026 catalogue lists the STAYVE BB Glow and booster ampoules, Cherips, the organic pigments, Seanergy Peel and the facial treat line, together with the MISSMITO machine and needles.

EVIE KOREA’s 2026 catalogue lists KFDA, CPNP and SCPN for the four BB Glow shades and for five booster ampoules — AC Stem Cell Gold, Salmon DNA Gold, Peptide Gold, Aqua Stem Cell Culture and Whitening Stem Cell Culture. Collagen, Idebenone, Microbiome and Citron & Calendula are listed with KFDA and CPNP. CPNP is the EU cosmetic product notification portal and SCPN its UK counterpart; each product page shows its own listing.

Prices on the product pages are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT at the Romanian standard rate of 21% is added per item in the cart and at checkout, on a separate line, and the total shown before you pay is exactly what is charged to your card. For example, a €23.00 BB Glow ampoule costs €27.83 with VAT.

Yes. Business customers enter the company name and VAT ID at checkout, and an invoice is issued for every order and sent by email; it is also transmitted through the Romanian RO e-Factura system. Online orders are currently charged 21% Romanian VAT whoever the buyer is, so if your company needs a different VAT treatment, contact us before ordering.

By debit or credit card, on the secure payment page of Stripe — Apple Pay and Google Pay work too, where your device supports them. Displayed prices exclude VAT; at checkout we add VAT at 21%, and the total you see before paying is exactly what is charged to your card.

The shop is intended primarily for beauty and aesthetic professionals, but it is also open to consumers aged 18 or over. Pigments, ampoules, microneedling machines and needles are meant for trained professionals: by ordering them you confirm that you, or the person who will use them, have the appropriate training, and we may ask for confirmation of professional status.

Choose “Ask for details” on the product page: the contact form opens with the product already named in your message, and the Stayve Europe team replies personally to your email address. Products with a price shown in the shop can be added to the cart and paid for online straight away.

Once Stripe confirms your payment, we email you a confirmation that the order has been received. The contract is formed when we send a second message accepting the order, or when we dispatch the products, whichever comes first; if an order has to be refused, the amount paid is refunded in full.

We deliver to addresses in all 27 member states of the European Union. You enter the delivery address on the Stripe payment page, after reviewing your order on our checkout page.

No delivery charge is added at checkout: the order total shown before payment — products plus 21% VAT — is the full amount charged to your card. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect address details or because it was not collected, the cost of a new delivery may be charged to you.

The courier and the estimated dispatch and delivery times are confirmed to you by email once your order is accepted, before the parcel leaves. Delivery happens within the time confirmed and in any case no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; tracking details follow once the parcel is dispatched, where the courier provides them. Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Sealed hygiene products — ampoules and serums, BB Glow and lip pigments, needles and cartridges, and cosmetics whose seal has been opened — can be returned only if their seal and protective packaging are intact. Orders placed by businesses for their professional activity are not covered by the 14-day right; returns for them need our prior written agreement. Details on the returns page.

Under OUG 34/2014 the consumer bears the direct cost of sending the products back, unless we have agreed to cover it. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay the return costs. Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the same card, and may be held until the products are back with us or you show proof of sending them.

Use the online withdrawal form on the Returns page: your statement is recorded at once and you receive an email confirmation with the date and time we received it. You can also write to ZIEGERT SRL at its registered office or use the contact form. Then send the products back within 14 days of notifying us; the return method and address are agreed with you.

Dermawhite BB Glow is a tinted STAYVE ampoule formulated for the Microneedling Therapy System (MTS). EVIE KOREA describes it as nourishing the skin to look bright and radiant and providing immediate coverage without excessive irritation; the key actives listed are niacinamide and peptide. It comes in four shades, in 8 ml vials.

Choose by skin tone and undertone. According to EVIE KOREA, No.1 Light suits extra-light skin tones, No.1-2 Light Rose suits pink undertones, No.2 Medium suits medium skin tones and No.3 Deep suits tanned or bronze skin. The shade guide explains how to tell the two light shades apart.

Nano or middle-length needles: that is the catalogue’s rule when BB Glow is combined with a booster ampoule, while a booster used on its own may take needles of 1.0 mm or longer. On the MISSMITO machine, the MTSP plastic cartridge reaches a maximum depth of 0.8 mm and the MTS36 metal cartridge 2.5 mm.

The catalogue gives an application time of 10 minutes. The ampoule is applied and worked in with the MTS machine, starting at the chin and moving towards the forehead — against the direction of the muscle — and more product is added if it dries during the treatment.

Unopened, the ampoules keep for two years. After opening, close the lid, keep the vial refrigerated and use it within two weeks.

Each Dermawhite BB Glow shade costs €23.00 per 8 ml ampoule, excluding VAT (€27.83 with 21% VAT). The BB Glow Starter Kit — twelve vials across the four shades — costs €272.68 excluding VAT.

EVIE KOREA’s catalogue states that the Microneedling Therapy System should not be performed on people with a keloid constitution, diabetes complications, skin infections or bleeding diseases. These are the manufacturer’s own exclusions: follow the instructions supplied with each product and check contraindications with every client.

They are nine STAYVE ampoules formulated for the Microneedling Therapy System, each built around its own key ingredients and chosen by skin type and preference. EVIE KOREA states that the needles penetrating the skin during treatment allow the ampoule to be absorbed three times more effectively. They come in 8 ml vials and cost €7.00 each, excluding VAT.

In EVIE KOREA’s catalogue, AC Stem Cell Gold improves troubled skin, Salmon DNA Gold is for skin-regenerating capacities, Peptide Gold is anti-ageing, Aqua Stem Cell Culture moisturises, Whitening Stem Cell Culture brightens, Collagen enhances the skin’s elasticity, Idebenone targets natural and photo-ageing, Microbiome maintains the skin’s balance and Citron & Calendula soothes. Used on its own, a booster may take longer needles — 1.0 mm or longer, according to the catalogue. Combined with BB Glow, use nano or middle-length needles. The application time is 10 minutes, working from the chin towards the forehead.

Both hold twelve 8 ml booster vials and cost €83.00 excluding VAT. BB Glow is the choice when the goal is tone and immediate coverage, picked by shade; a booster ampoule is picked by skin concern, from nine formulas. Both are formulated for MTS with a 10-minute application time, and EVIE KOREA’s Complexion Renewing programme uses one of each at the microneedling step. Compare BB Glow and boosters.

Seanergy Peel is a professional spicule peel. Spicules — microscopic prickles of coral calcium, rich in minerals — are rubbed into the skin to take off dead skin cells and clear sebum from the pores, a method EVIE KOREA calls FCR (Fractional prickle coral Calcium Regeneration) Peel. The professional box holds five 1.3 g powder vials and five 8 ml solution vials.

The catalogue gives a peeling period of four to five days on the face, with thick, large flakes of dead skin. Itching is a natural symptom while the dead skin forms: do not scratch or peel it off by force, apply sunscreen when going outside, and expect visible exfoliation to be subtle or absent on some skin.

The powder is mixed with the solution, and the amount sets the strength. For the face, the catalogue gives one third of a vial for a mild peel, 0.65 g of powder with 4 ml of solution for a medium peel and a whole vial — 1.3 g with 8 ml — for a strong peel; a full back takes one vial for a medium peel and two for a strong one. Total rubbing time should not exceed 6 to 8 minutes.

Both are EVIE KOREA spicule peels with a peeling period of four to five days on the face. Seanergy has 1.3 g of powder per vial, a water-like solution and coarser spicules; the catalogue calls it painful and clearly effective with one treatment. For MTS there are two: MTSP, a 37-pin plastic needle for up to 0.8 mm, and MTS36, a 36-pin metal needle for up to 2.5 mm, both in packs of 15. MISSMITO needles are made for MISSMITO machines only. Cherips lip treatments use plastic needles only.

A wire-free, portable machine that EVIE KOREA lists for both Microneedling Therapy System treatments and semi-permanent make-up. It weighs 0.10 kg, is 16 cm long, has eight speed stages and charges from any USB-C phone charger; the box holds the handpiece, a USB-C cable, an MTSP needle cartridge and a square cradle. Its price is given on request.

Cherips is a STAYVE ampoule set for lip treatments with the Microneedling Therapy System, not a semi-permanent make-up product. A lip booster prepares the surface, one of five colours — #1 Burgundy, #2 Red, #3 Orange Red, #4 Hot Pink or #5 Pink — is worked in with the machine, and Cherips After Treatment moisturises the lips afterwards. Each 30 ml vial costs €18.85 excluding VAT; the full set is €131.90.

Shake the ampoule, pour it into a pigment cup and spread it evenly on the lips with a cotton swab, then work with the MTS machine for about 2–3 minutes, using plastic needles only. Re-apply evenly, remove after 5 minutes with a moistened cotton pad, and repeat if the colour is uneven; the catalogue gives an application time of 10 minutes.

Yes — STAYVE Organic Pigment, 29 shades in 10 ml bottles: one eyeliner shade (201), eleven for brows (300 series), eight for lips (500 series), four correction and four camouflage shades (600 series), and the 701 Stayve Solution booster. According to EVIE KOREA, the 701 Stayve Solution acts as a booster: it adjusts the colour density and increases the tint strength of the STAYVE organic pigments.
